FAQs

Installation is included at NO extra cost! All of our buildings include delivery and installation. Additional labor charges may apply when building on retaining walls, unlevel surfaces, etc. Make sure to consult that to your building specialist.

We currently service the vast majority of the United States. Please visit our service areas map or provide your zip code of installation on our contact page so we can confirm availability.

The 14-gauge steel framing is the industry standard, measuring 2 ½” x 2 ½”. For added strength, the 12-gauge framing (2 ¼” x 2 ¼”) offers higher tensile strength, making it ideal for areas with heavy snow and high winds. This gauge provides better performance with higher snow and wind load ratings.

A certified building has been designed by an engineer and meets local wind and snow load requirements. Some areas require certification for all structures, while others may only require it for occupied buildings or in regions with heavy snow and winds. We can design and install custom metal buildings to meet certification criteria. Note that certified buildings have no additional warranty; certification ensures the structure meets local codes. If certification is needed, you may need a copy of the blueprints, which your building specialist can further inform you on.

Typical lead time runs four to six weeks on average but that can vary due to weather conditions, installation crew truck breakdowns, etc. Your building specialist will be able to provide a better time frame when discussing your building project.

It depends – It depends on your location. Check with your local authorities like the building and planning department to see if you require one or not. If a building project does require a permit, we can provide generic engineered drawings to help obtain one.

Our buildings are engineered certified from 12′ – 75′ wide and up to 20′ tall. We can go as long as you need on the length of the building.

Of course! We can customize a lot of items on our buildings to tailor them to your needs. Share your thoughts with our project managers and we will work on your design.

Contact your building specialist and he will make those changes for you. Note: Once the scheduling team contacts you with a date of installation, no additional changes can be made. If you would still like to make those changes, additional charges may be applied and your lead time might reset.

It’s simple – This company has been built by 100% transparency and trust from our customers. When we say that we only work with the best of the best manufacturers, we really do mean it. Our team goes above and beyond for our customers to ensure satisfaction on every build.
